POPCHAIN ("the game") is a DOPAPLAY game operated by Raymind.AI LLC ("we"). DOPAPLAY is our games brand. This policy explains what data the game uses.
Your DOPAPLAY account and cloud save
When you play on popchain.io, the game creates a guest account for you automatically, with no name, email or password. Your progress (level, coins, skins, missions, settings, your generated player name) is saved in your browser and backed up to our servers under that account, so it can be restored. The same DOPAPLAY account works across every DOPAPLAY game.
If you choose to link Google, Apple or an email address, we receive your email address and an account identifier from that provider so you can sign in on another device. We never receive your passwords.
When you finish a Marathon run, we store the score, play time, peak viewers, top combo and your player name, and show the name and score on the global leaderboard. We also keep technical logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and to prevent cheating.
Data is stored with Supabase (servers in Seoul, South Korea). You can delete your account and all data tied to it at any time in Settings, Account, Delete my data. Games played on partner portals (such as Poki or CrazyGames) do not use this account.
Advertising
The game shows ads through Google (H5 Games Ads) or the game portal you play on. These partners may use cookies or device identifiers to show and measure ads. In the EEA/UK you will be asked for consent. Learn more: How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Purchases
Purchases are made on dopaplay.io and paid through Stripe. We receive the confirmation that a payment succeeded, the item, the amount, the currency and your account identifier; we never see your card details. We keep a record of each purchase for accounting, tax and refund purposes; if you delete your account, that record stays without being linked to you. See Stripe's privacy policy.
Challenges
When you share a Marathon score as a challenge, we store the score and your player name for 30 days so friends who open the link can see them and send their score back to you.
Analytics
We collect gameplay events (for example, runs started and finished, scores, purchases, ad results and errors) with a random device identifier, through DOPAPLAY and Google Analytics, to understand how the game is played and to fix problems. We do not use these events to identify you. In the EEA/UK, analytics cookies are only set after you agree.
Children
The game is intended for players aged 13 and older. If you are under the age required in your country, play with a parent or guardian's permission and do not make purchases without them.
