So we can help quickly, please include:

• Your player name (shown on the profile at the top left of the home screen).
• The version number at the very bottom of the home screen.
• Your device and browser, or App Store or Google Play if you play in an app.
• What happened and, if you can, a screenshot.

For purchases, add the date and the item. Many questions are already answered in the FAQ.

Deleting your data

You can delete your data yourself in Settings, then Account, then DELETE MY DATA. If you cannot open the game, email us from any address with your player name and we will do it for you.

Business and press

POPCHAIN is made by Raymind.AI LLC and published under DOPAPLAY. For partnerships, press or portal distribution, write to the same address with "Business" in the subject.
